How fees work
- Free costs nothing. It accepts up to 25 shopper sign-ups per calendar month (UTC). After that, new sign-ups pause until the 1st of next month; shoppers already waiting still get their email.
- Starter ($9/month) and Pro ($19/month) are billed monthly in advance by our payment processor, Stripe, to the card you enter. Prices exclude any sales tax that may apply.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; we don't give partial-month refunds.
- Restock Bell is an independent app. Its fees are separate from, and in addition to, any fees you pay Square. Square does not bill you for Restock Bell.
